Why does the Siemens Hipath PBX not show the Caller-Name with Qsig as signaling protocol

The only Siemens Qsig Protocol, which is interoperable with the SmartNode products is ISO-QSIG. You must choose as QSIG version ISO-QSIG. All other Siemens Qsig versions show restrictions in the supported supplementary services, such as the caller name. On all ISDN SmartNodes SN4xxx, the following QSIG standard is supported. "ECMA-143" ISO/IEC 11572, ETSI EN 300 172
