The successful partnership between 888VoIP and Patton began in 2008, when the two joined forces to develop Patton’s VoIP Gateway business in the Unites States. At that time, Patton’s SmartNode Gateway was an established market leader in Europe, but had yet to break in to the U.S. market—despite being manufactured in the United States and renowned for its quality and free customer support. In the subsequent five years, 888VoIP has capitalized on its relationships with other best-of-breed partners and used its product and marketing expertise to increase SmartNode sales by 50% each year.
