Software Maintenance 
Software updates are published at regular intervals along with detailed release notes. Software updates are available free of charge while your product is covered by an active warranty. To continue software maintenance beyond the original, 1-year, you must purchase an Extended or Enhanced Warranty. Any lapse in warranty coverage must be cured by the purchase of annual extensions for the intervening years in order to resume software maintenance. Software upgrades that add licensed feature sets are not available for free but require separate purchase.

To know if you are entitled to free Software Upgrades/Updates, please first Check the Warranty Status of your product, by Log-In to the Support Portal.
