In his role as Regional Sales Director for France, Spain and Portugal, Mr. Leocadio will apply his 30 years of Telecom market experience in business development and sales management to drive continued revenue growth by expanding Patton’s business operations in the region. Mr. Leocadio speaks four languages and holds an electrical engineering degree. The appointment follows recent reports of expanding telecom investment in France (France’s telecom sector shows strong return to investment) as well as a healthy economic climate in Iberia (Market report: Iberia – Out of the storm). Prior to Patton, Mr. Leocadio has held sales management positions at ECI Telecom, General Datacomm, Veraz Networks, Dialogic, and most recently with Epsilon Telecommunications group. “It is an honor to join Patton, a long-time leader in VoIP network equipment,” Mr. Leocadio said. “With the announced phase-out of legacy PSTN/ISDN services in Western Europe, Patton is ideally positioned to help service providers and systems integrators deliver a smooth transition to all-IP for SMEs.
