The Model2604 DACS combines a robust hardware platform with a rich set of software features that include an intuitive graphical SNMP/HTTP user interface to deliver powerful, non-blocking cross-connection, DS0 grooming, or T1 to E1 conversion applications. Enterprise customers can concentrate data and voice services from local sub-E1 and T1 lines onto fully utilized local loop uplink connections with complete freedom and ease of use. Available in a sleek, 1U high, 19-in. chassis for convenient installation on standard Telco racks, the Model 2604 features dual-redundant power supplies for uninterrupted operation and service, and four RJ-48C connectors that provide standard E1 and T1 interfaces to network and local lines. Compact RS-232 console and 10/100Base-T ports enable complete command and control of local and remote units via Internet connection from any location in the world. For remote configuration the Model 2604 comes with a built-in web server, which provides intuitive drop down menus for simple configuration testing and monitoring. For complete flexibility, The Model 2604 can also be managed using any standard SNMP software tool.
