Kim was appointed Patton's Director of BusinessDevelopment for Asia, reporting to Co-founder and Executive Vice President,Burton A. Patton. Mr. Kim will be responsible to accelerate Patton's revenue development inthe Pacific Rim, to develop sales strategies for each country and to manageall Patton's distributors and sales channels in the region. Mr. Kim joins Patton from Pensat Communications International where heserved as the Director of International Sales developing and implementingtheir Asia wholesale carrier division to buy and sell bandwidth, dataservices, and wholesale carrier transit traffic to major carriers and PTT'sfor the Asia Pacific region. During this time he oversaw tremendous growththrough contracts acquired with various PTT's in Asia such as KT, Dacom,VSNL, China Telecom and NTT. Daniel also served as Director of Sales and Operations for Advanced Telecom,Inc., a sales and service provider of voice communications systems. AtAdvanced Telecom, Inc he was responsible for overall sales and operationsincluding 2 sales managers and over twenty sales representatives. He hasalso been President and partner with Rocky Mae LTD Asia Pacific, aninvestment company specializing in new technology ventures from Asia.
