GAITHERSBURG, MD: Tone Commander�a subsidiary of Patton and US manufacturer of DOD-certified secure end instruments�is pleased to announce the Tone Commander TC7910 SIP Phone is now available for pre-order.

The new Tone Commander highly-secure session initiation protocl (SIP) phone is designed for government, military, and intelligence community users.�

Combining multilevel precedence and preemption (MLPP) with IETF RFC 3261-compliant SIP and certified Assured Services SIP (AS-SIP), the new TC7910 offers a high-quality, US-manufactured assured-services end instrument (AEI).

Interfaces. The new SIP Phone is equipped with gigabit Ethernet and fiber small form-factor pluggable (SFP) interfaces, ensuring high-speed transmission and flexible network integration.

Secure. The Phone supports secure real-time transport protocol (SRTP), transport layer security (TLS), hypertext transfer protocol secure (HTTPS) and digitally-signed tamper-proof firmware.

Protocols. Supporting IPv4 and IPv6 transport, push-to-talk (PTT) handsets, and HTTP-Enabled Location Delivery (HELD) protocol, the TC7910 enables granular location information retrieval for 911 emergency services.
