Why does the G.SHDSL link not come up (2GS interface card)

Using a cable with an RJ11 plug, can in some cases cause the G.SHDSL line to not come up. The solution for this case would be to terminate the cable with a larger end (RJ45), which will fit better in the G.SHDSL interface card. Be sure the middle 2 pins are used for line pair 1.
