SIP PAGE:
    *Sip Registration Server Address: vbuzzer.com
   &nbspSip Port: 80
   &nbspSip Domain: vbuzzer.com
   &nbspVoice Port: 5004
   &nbspSend Registration Request with Expire Time: 3600

PHONE PAGE:
     Phone Number: vbuzzer username
     CallerID Name: vbuzzer username
     User Name: vbuzzer username
     Password: vbuzzer password
     Port: 80
