GAITHERSBURG, MARYLAND: This week at OilComm, Patton
Electronics—US manufacturer of award-winning SmartNode™ VoIP equipment,
CopperLink™ Ethernet Extenders, and
FiberPlex™ secure communications solutions—will present its latest technology solutions for voice, and data communications in industrial oil and gas network environments.
>>Schedule your personal meeting with a Patton representative.
This year at OilComm
2019, Patton officials will be on hand in booth 124 to discuss the benefits and capabilities of three essential hardened-networking technologies that are often required to implement effective oil and gas communications projects:
- The SN4140E Ruggedized VoIP Gateway for adapting outdoor telephony systems to SIP. SmartNode™ VoIP equipment integrates modern IP communications with traditional TDM networks and equipment.
- The CL1101E Industrial Grade Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) Ethernet Extender for extending Ethernet and power up to 3,300 feet in harsh environments using previously installed copper infrastructure.
- FiberPlex connectivity solutions that accommodate isolated and secure communications over fiber-optic cabling. FiberPlex products deliver noise immunity in industrial environments where heavy machinery working around data lines may otherwise cause interference with data signals.
Patton has a long history of delivering network technology solutions for oil and gas operations.
In a recent project, Patton provided a secure IP-telephony system for the national oil and gas ministry in the Middle East that included ships at sea using satellite links to communicate with the ministry headquarters.
