Microsoft Certified Certified for interoperability with Microsoft Teams, the Patton SBC series supports Direct Routing, a Teams feature that enables interconnection between the UC software and any SIP or PSTN services a company wishes to use.
In addition to PSTN trunks, SIP trunks, and cloud-resident or on-premise PBXs, SBC-enabled system integrations with Teams may incorporate legacy such endpoints as Key Systems, pro-audio voice and video systems, analog intercoms, and traditional annunciator-and-notification systems.
